Sql 2008 Windows 2008

Ok i talk whit few friend and i have problems whit ram over sql2008 ! So my friend tell me to read this !

Windows Server task manager displays much higher memory use than sum of all processes' working set size - Server Fault
Monitor Memory Usage
Enabling AWE Memory for SQL Server

Sombody have or havent this problems ?

My question is i don`t understand a lot here ! what is mean were i need to configure !

whay ? sql 2005 i don`t like because i can manage good sql 2005 ! Some suggestion ?

Then how u gonna fix the cpu problem? Just from google since that prob its already answered here in mu section u just need to search.
