SQL Code for this reset structure

Hey all just wondering if someone who is good with SQL code can help me out with this server reset structure.

I've got 2 structures in mind, either:


1. Normal experience from lvl 1 till lvl380 and once a player reaches to lvl380 it becomes like 3-4 times harder to lvl to 400.


or


2. 4 Reset structure, where a player has 0 reset their lvl cap is lvl380. Once they reach to lvl380 they can do their 1st reset before their lvl cap is lifted to lvl385. So pretty much each reset lifts their lvl cap by 5 lvls till they get to lvl400.


I am planning to use this reset structure on my pvp server where "reset" does not give players "extra" stats when compared to a 0 rr lvl400. But this will also give those players who likes to lvl a chance to do so since this server will be a x100 exp server.
