    sad SQL Server Problem

Hi Friends, my OS is "Windows 7 64 bit Ultimate Edition". I was running SQL 2000 before on XP as i figured out it doesnt work for Windows 7. My Question is what edition (enterprise or express) and which SQL software (2005 or 2008) would you suggest me to use for my system. ( I quoted above) Please Help.
    Thanks in advance!

Nope. The full package of MSSQL 2005 includes binaries for win 32bit and 64bit.
It auto-detects your system configurations during installation and automatically installs what you need for your system.

So no, no difference... you will have difference when applying the ODBC though (which is unrelated to your mssql installation)
