Version? do you have the source or you using a repack?

If you are using source code it could be done with an if statement that skips 1-8.

If you had the source code I could tell you how to do it. I have no idea on a s3 repack how you would be able to edit that loop. prolly with ollydbg but it would be too much of a hustle to crack your dll's.

When you wan't stuff like that its better that you have some kind of source code <:

A quick hack to do what you want would be if there is a specific setting in your configuration files of minlevel or starting level to be set at 10.

Another hack that comes in mind, is to create a stored proc or alter the stored proc you already have for the registration, so ti makes the character level 10 when the character is created.

Maybe your not reading it correctly or just not explaining the problem to well.

I got the character to start at level 10 already by setting it in the sql.

But the problem is that they haft to relog once they relog they become level 10 when they sign back in or kill enough monsters to be level 10. But im wanting to set it so they dont haft to level up or relog there automatically level 10.

    And i didn't say s3 repack i said S6 E3....
