Stuck during loading screen

so i made an Mu server Season 4 it was working fine i can logged in but the problem is when i choose a character and when i try to enter the game i get stuck on the now loading screen

what do i need to do to fix this? please help me

restart your gameserver, its silently crashing.

u also get the error load block character error in gameserver.exe ?
