Subserver - 2 selections.

How is it possible to make it like this:

I didnt find any guide for it, and i want to use different names for my subservers. If theres another way to rename them then tell me since if i click server 1 the servers are named

Servername connect 1
servername connect 2 and i want it to be

servername1
servername2 etc.

The names can be changed in text.bmd

Okay it works, however the time for the GS's to load now is really slow any specific reason for that?
