Time synchronization poorness ERROR

Hello

i have this problem : Time synchronization poorness caused to block connection -10326
or Time synchronization poorness caused to block connection -7472
or Time synchronization poorness caused to block connection -9282
etc.
every time i connect to server followed by disconnect after 2 minutes.

What seems to be the problem ?
Server : 97D d99i
Using VPS Server - Intel Xenon CPU E5-2620 v2 @ 2,10Ghz (2 CPUs) , Windows Server 2008 R2 64x

I encountered that problem before,and that issue because of overclocking on your VPS Server Bios.You must report it to your hosts provider and let them know about that problem.And refer to this thread https://forum.ovh.ca/showthread.php/...ocking-in-BIOS

Just to be sure:
Did you tried to sync the clock of the computer with NTP, then disabled it?
