TitanLinkServer use 100% cpu about 24 hours of use. (TT11.70.28)

I running TT 11.70.28 for 2 months and now i moved my server to another vps and experimenting issues with the titanlinkserver.

About to 15 to 30 hours, this use 100% of cpu and "create lag", the apache dont respond, and the users can't play.

Using windows server 2003, and sql server 2008. All updates, all frameworks.

¿Anyone can helps me?
