This is totally disappointing he used the shop message to post like an GM he can also Disconnect players. Otherwise called he is a HACKER! how do i fix this?

those losers are from VoidMU ^__^ you need a good decent firewall to protect your server from DDOS xD and also only port forward necessary ports.
do you have a webshop by anychance? if so secure it by disabling that global message feature.
remove any admin page or just simply rename them on your website to avoid any exploitation.
mark their IPS and banned them acoordingly if you got a decent firewall program still there are plenty ways to bypass that by using proxies and blah blah xD
believe me those kids are idiots they hack and threaten admins/staff to take down their server for them to gain players.

How to have an decent firewall?
I have just changed the connection and set it as private.
for starters use Sygate Personal Firewall since its free and easy to use (user friendly).

it cant really protect you 100% but atleast it could ward-off some hackers wannabee(kids using ddos tools and some cheap stuff xD). P.S: better delete any Admin.php page or back up it up and delete xD
@tutero: yes and i'd like to apologize in his behalf not as a person but as a fellow countrymen. i am also filipino but i cant stand the way he messes up with other servers. that kid might need some more baby sitting xD lol.
anyway some tips for you siktows, put protection first b4 putting online the server because in this world, bad persons outnumbers the good one ^_^

Dude Seighart is back then try to introduce his server to us. But i can't detect his IP even though i trace the time and the login but his name is not in the LOGS just in GS Logs.
block the port of the joinserver or block everything. only port forward the gameserver port, gamserver castle siege port and connect server port. sample:
connectserver: 44405 (by default of most files)
gameserver: 55901 (by default of most files)
gameservercs: 55919 (by default of most files)
use firewall dude :) block the programs except for those 3 programs/application.
also you might see some logs via joinserver i guess (not sure though) xD

use windows firewall then
block incoming request from those ports
and allow all outgoing protocols ,, ;)

Uhm.. Do I Let Them Allow Access Through Firewall? Even Though I Blocked Some Of The Ports Except GS, GS_CS and ConnectServer.
