hi guys can you please help me to figure out this problem i used titan tech 11.11.82 i set up my server like this

SCFMaxNormalLevel=1000
SCFMaxMasterLevel=440

but my problem is when i reach level 900 i can not get more experience it says maximum level reach and my max master level when i reach level 100 in master it says master level maximum reach.
and i do some hexing in my gs but my problem there is a lot of offset for maxnormal level and maxmaster level i can't figure out where is the offset can anyone could help me
