Too weird [z8team season8 help here pls]

everything work perfect with all update until i update with file from update9 script for seal fix and new GameServer.exe after i put this every time when i try to use skill GS crash

look in gameserver logs what say :
error-L2: His class is not allowed to use the skill
error-L2: His class is not allowed to use the skill
error-L2: His class is not allowed to use the skill

look in pictures :

I creat character normal i dont edit with any editor .
I reinstal SQL Server 3 times i delete all DB / file
Reboot PC many times
So basically i have new server (new files) and every time when i try to kill mobs i get GS Crash

I can not explain what happens , why until to update9 file everything goes well and now even if I deleted files and work with new muserver file have this problem with GS Crash ?

Edit later : I reinstall the windows and same error , its look like i gate GS crash only when i make lvl up .

If this occurs, i guessing you have to check Character Code or trying making another character and test.

what about you check skill.txt folder and find the skill and see if its allowed for your character? thats the only obvious thing i can think of now.
