Tried 450 million times, can't open sub servers

im using season 4 files, i have tried everything but i can't open a sub server. open ports, right IP's, nothing.

errors:
1. bind error of gameserver (changed ports....)
2. all good but can get into server (no login box)

What should i do?

bind error hmm.. u didnt edited ips correctly everywhere i guess.

everywhere should be IP 127.0.0.1 except :
mapserverinfo.dat
serverlist.dat
iplist.dat


and startup.cfg at the end @ip add= ur ip.


then try again.
