TT files drop bug/ How to solve?

Hi. I have sall problem with drop config. My SCF_ItemDropRate.txt have about 25 item count and istart wondering why some items won't drop, so i put everywhere 999 to "drop rate" and i start count what drop or what is not. In summary about 5 items from list wont drops, in additional when i restart gs everyting change random and some other item stop drops but old backs to drop. How to solve it?

about ur problem, I've fixed it 2 times for friends. It's wrong config, recheck everywhere.

also as far i remember rate is 1 out of 10000.
