use the search bar at the top right corner of RZ forum.
    try to search "setup MuOnline"
    too many results for you.
and there you can see some guides for your problem.

or just manually search in the "Tutorial" Thread..

I used Mumaker to create my acc cuz I have not set up any MU websites. I use a normal way to create a character. Could you tell me how to create acc without using a Mumaker, Titan Editor and web? I think their a query to do that. Thank you!

that's the cause of your problem logging in.
using MuMaker. Make sure you edit the correct class in MuMaker.
'coz wrong class edit -> Stuck at loading screen.
in MuMaker there's -> Blade Knight (KOR) and Blade Knight (JPN) something like that.
try to choose the JPN. if you're stuck at the loading screen use the KOR one.

XD.. well I don't know to create an account through SQL query (editing)..
the most quick and easiest way to add an account is editor Like MuMaker ( I recommend.)
there's a lot of editor out there. but I use MuMaker.

I had the problem of being stuck in loading screen when I made a GM Character through the editor, try to make a normal character without using the editor.

Creating an account through SQL is easy! There probably is a query but I don't know it. Here is the manual way.

Go to your MuOnline Database (or maybe MeMuonline databse if ur using titantech)
Then click Tables, and then rightclick MEMB_INFO. Select Design. Then there will be a tick box on the right on every row called Allow Nulls, make sure it is ticked for everything apart from memb_guid, memb_id and _memb_pwd.

My one looks like this :
    Spoiler:

Next step, right click MEMB_INFO, then select Edit top 200 rows. Now edit the memb_id (thats your login) and memb_pwd (thats your pass)

    Viola, your account is made.

run as admin and run as compatibility for windows 7, if it doesnt work mess around with the compatibility.

If no success then I can only suggest trying different server files, thats what I did when things werent working for me

Also make sure taht you have net framework installed.
