Unable to enter Land of Trials

Hi, thanks for reading, i can't enter the Land of Trials map, the Guild Master can enter the map, but the guild members cant, the only way its to open it to ALL the players not only to the guild/ally. Does anybody know why this happens?, in my test server it worked in like 5 Castle Siege, but now, the new winning guild of the Castle Siege can't enter the map.

aw , hmm strange that it worked 5 times and now it doesnt , maybe the new winning Guild has something different ?
