WTF?? Message box already contains answer to you question...

Check if you data folder or 'costum' data folder contains file news.txt

and how the fuck we could know what teams server file you are using, there are many outhere, so specifie your files...

go Gameserver folder Right click add new Text files and Rename it with 'News.txt '

also add news.txt a few folder Like ' GS/Config/Here ' ' Data/Here '

will be fixed.
