You can't, unless you are using hacks, which we will not provide here at ragezone.

Not sure how to do it on S4, but on S1 or lower you just shadow bug an item, and place the ring or pendant on top of it, then just bless it and soul it like a regular item...

It's a bug, so it will most likely get you kicked out of the server...
