Upgrade Horn of Fenrir

I've been problem with upgrading horn of fenrir in my server

After a long time ...

I found the problem , It was in a item.txt .
In my files i had a colunm called HaveOption and the Horn of Fenrir was marked 0 and it needed to be 1.
