Vip error(cannot open ragezone page)

I have a problem with my webshop, when i try to buy vip it tells me the following:
The VIP Server's subscription list cannot be loaded please contact the administrator
I found a link to a solution i think, but ragezone doesn't give me acces to the page

Can anyone tell me if the link contains any solutions?

Just came with the solution. I modified the the path in vip.php from webshop folder. Search in vip.php "fopen" and change the path to "C:\muserver\datavip\ConnectMember.txt"
