VIP Settings

hello Ragezone Community
i have a question regarding on VIP Subserver
i already made a VIP Subserver but my problem is i cant connect on it

i already config my connectmember.txt and put my account but nothings happen
the config on my connectmember.txt is

//ADMIN ID	EXPIRES ON	TYPE	EMAIL					TAG
//====================================================================================
"Account1"	//None		ADMIN	darkav@hotmail.com			AAAAAA
"test"

and also how to get VIP points?
how to use command of VIP?
is there any tools to add VIP points in accounts of players?
