• 3.1 GHz
• 4 GB RAM
• 50 GB

That would be only able to hold around 50 players cause you will run out of ram usage. So you will need better specs.

These are good. But it depends on your budget there is many sites that i recommend for you depending on your budget. If your going cheap use VPS if you have a high budget use dedicated servers. I have a few sites you can use. provided by many members over the last few months. Since i only use the first 3 i really recommend those [OVH] [GreenCloud] [PhotonVPS] are good in my opinion. But those are the only one i used out of that list.

Also some extra information make sure you get something with anti ddos protection if you decide to get greencloud vps get seo tools 1 or better or get high ram vps they come with anti ddos.

If i remember correctly ovh and photonvps no matter what vps you buy comes with anti ddos.

Make sure you get Windows OS as well. With at least around 2-6 GB ram. Depending on what season your running.

Since I'm not a MU creator, I'll give you my honest opinion, so I'm not sure what are the requirements of running a MU server.

First of all, I'm not sure, but I think you need to pay for a Windows license in OVH.
Second, you need to check about DDoS protection or recour to a proxy.

Are you sure the 4gb server is needed? Perhaps it doesn't use that much. What is the CPU btw?

100 mbps should be enough aswell. You might want to upgrade later tho, but I'm almost sure you wouldn't need to.

For a VPS, this is QUITE expensive. You could get a 4gb one in OVH resellers for way less. And some even incluse DDoS protection.
