Warp Comand Menu // Problem!

Hi all!

Today i set up IA Julia 1.1.0.298 Season 4.6 JPN

Server files, all run very good, but i have 1 problem with Warp Comand Menu!

In Warp Comand Menu ( Press "M" )

Can Move only to (color white):

Lorencia
Noria
Devias
Elbeland
Dungeon
LostTower

Other maps cannot (color red)


I have 2kkk money and 400lvl, where is te problem ?
With /warp command all works great!

movereq.bmd is the same as movereq.txt in server

try to check in movreq.txt of zen and level will be able to warp on the specific locations,,

Hmm... i think that seal of acsesion is related with warp command menu.. but i have problem with it, beacuse it's bugged.. so how can i disable seal of acesion and enable warp command menu (m) for normal players.
I try to check in movereq.txt of zen and level but it doesnt work.
