Warp Refuge problem.

So uhh first i did some research on help and tutorial section but no luck ( tried google too still no luck xS).

before i never have this problem.

i saw some post regarding adding warp maps : Refuge and barracks.

barracks map dont give me trouble except for REFUGE which requires to join on a GENS group first before warping on REFUGE.

i'd like to save the trouble of my players by disabling this but i have no freaking idea where to.

tried disabling the GENS PVP system = still no change
tried re-encode the gate/movereq both server and client side = still no change.

i use TitansTech 10.07.35 .

u can put zen required for the map like 2.000.000.000.000 and no one will be able to warp there ?:p try that , or put more than 400lvl required ^^
