Ways to ban

Because of OS i am unable to use sygate firewall and i am looking
for another good way to ban single IPs 6.66.66.66 and Subnets like
6.66.xx.xx.

Find out cheaters name -> Look at sql his account id -> with account id find out his ip at muweb -> ban acc -> ?ban ip? is very long and stupid process.Any suggestions?

Also,can anyone give me tip how to check suspicious players if they cheat,is there some kind of gm invisibility command to teleport to that user or something like that?

1)block ip`s in connectserver,borteam cs have this function
2)if your server have /skin command,try it with /skin 255,and /trace the player you think is cheater

you can use gm commands for that

skin invi is nice but when you teleport to the character he can notice that somebody teleported to him because of the glow created of the skin. dunno how to describe it in great detail xD but it happened to me alot i am also using that kind of method when i am monitoring my players xD but now i use GM invisibility in mumaker option. they wont notice you.
