Can someone please explain me what is mucore and how do i use it to create mu website?

MuCore is a Website engine created by PHPCore (=MASTER= [MuWeb creator] - I guess]) specially for the game MuOnline and as a business .
As a beginner you should first download a program called Xampp 1.7.x and try this guide to set it up.
