Website problem

Hello, my every website I try to create, looks like this, full with errors and I dont know what to do anymore. I'm stuck here...

Can someone give me an ideea or something? I've tried many versions of Xampp and is the same. Maybe someone can upload for me php.ini from xampp for me? Thank you!

I Would recommend you few things.
1st install xampp 1.7.1 version
second dont use mu web 0.9 since its old and hackable possible i guess , just use MuCore which is easier.
