Werewolf Quarrel doesn't warp, adding barracks to map list doesn't warp...

Hello, I have got a serious problem with S3E1 files by Shatter, I actually can't get the idea how to add working barracks warp to my map list...

I've done everything exactly as I found in some guides and other help requests that are here but still... when I press on Barracks on my map list (m) it just does nothing, no teleport, no response... all the other maps (including crywolf) are warping perfectly with no problems and if I want to do the 3rd quest part 2 (to kill balram, soram, death spirit) the werewolf quarrel in crywolf wouldn't teleport me to barracks, it also gives no response when I press "Enter" dialog interacting with him, just no warp and no response... could anybody help me, please?

I am attaching those files to show you that all my movereq, gate files are written correctly.

The problem is in mapserverinfo.dat

Fixed those errors by increasing max map limit in my dataserver, but same... I can't teleport to barracks via warp menu (m), the quarrel doesn't teleport me to it either...
