Scfdb is started?

Yes it is. U can see in picture..

In the picture i can see event(started), ranking(started), gameserver(launched), gameservercs(off).
I can't see scfdb.exe(usually in the folder scf-programs) in your ss.
Maybe you have a new version scf (which I do not know).

I used thoose files on other computer, there was everything fine. i put that server on oher pc, instaled SCFDB2 6.47.14 Cracked then instaled this patch FixSCFdb2MAC. And run CSFdb, u can see in picture where is toolbar (black icon). maybe i did some wrong when i instaled CSFdb?
