what kind of VPS i must

Hello RageZoner's :)
I have mu server Season 6 on my pc .
I was testing this server for 1 week but i have only 800klps Upload
and i dont have many players , so now i want to buy one vps server
from here (check the VPS 1 ) Virtual Dedicated Servers | Dedicated Server.gr
And i want to open server with this not for official but for testing more
correctly the server .
In my laptop i have 1Gb Ram , 1.6 Ghz Intel Atom , and 250 HDD.
And server runs perfect but my internet sucks .
i sent message to this site and ask for this server and for mu online .
They said me for testing its perfect for 15Eyro and server slot's is for many players.
NOW , i want your help for this.
I dont want 1000 players and donates . only 70-100 PLAYERS.
Its good this VPS for this ? I know dedicated is more powerful for this but i dont have
the budget for this and i want for 1-2months testing . if i have over 50-60 players then i would buy dedicated .
So look this VPS-1 on the site and tell me or send me another sites if you know but with
20EYRO MAX because i have 25 eyro and in paypal they took me 4-5 eyros from my bank .

pff for 70-100 players 2 gb am and decent dual core processor should be ok

i used http://www.hostkey.com/vps/ this site some time ago and its decent i had 95,8% server uptime in a month, thats awesome

does anyone know if they will be enough for like 100 people? and will it be laggy in other places other then greece / russia ?

and sorry for the noob question but can u actually host an MU server on VPS ? or does it have to be dedicated server?

U can do this on VPS but not for many peoples .
With 4 gb ram maybe can 100 i think .
But in this site have so cool price look

Will one core 3.20ghz, 4gb ram, 200gb hard drive and 100mbit Internet connectivity be enough to run my MU server season 6 ?
If yes, how many people could that handle?
