What tools to be use in MuEngine Server files?

Hi everyone can you help me about MuEngine Server files tools?

edit items, char, acct etc.

like mumaker and titan tech..

Adjust the table of your PERSONAL ID in dbase so you can use MuMaker

i've solve this problem too the solution was make the db to md5 and also the site md5 and using xampp 1.7.3
