ive recently started up a server using BladeGR files and hp is limited to 65k which makes a poor pvp
where can i edit this to usual and what is it usually in servers?

I dont think its possible to change that somewhere or edit it..
its kind of bug then , maybe u should use another release mate , z-Team season 6 is looking good atleast for now.
