The client and game servers are 1.2q version, i'm using a router, and i've open all the ports perfectly.

It's just the login screen.

Have you been enabled the 44405 port?
That port is for Connect Server.

no.. some client not get disconnected even without your ip... it will not show the log-in box.. that is the common problem i encountered when i established my server

check your IP setting also in mapserverinfo.dat

in my mapserverinfo.dat i put the global ip, "sdfmu.ddns.com.br"

PS: I changed some ip's and now i get dc when i click on subserver, someone please tell me wich files i need to change to the ip to global wan (no-ip), lan ip (192.168.x.x) and local(127.0.0.1). I USE A ROUTER.

I looked now some files and i see in the client files, the "config" file say this:

The version are differents. This may be the problem?

on gameserver ports on .txt put 127.0.0.1 ?
on connect server file u should edit serverlist.bmd though.
on commonloc file put also ur wan ip
and on ip list put

"127.0.0.1"
And Your Wan IP

everywhere wehre u see 10.1.13 that ip change to 127.0.0.1

on startup.txt put everywhere 127.0.0.1

only at "ipadd=127.0.0.1" << put ir WAN IP.

thanks for you time, karLi, but i fixed. It's the ip, "sdfmu.ddns.com.br" i created a new, in no-ip "musf.no-ip.org" and all works. :D

But now i have a little problem, have a bull fighter in lorencia and no bull fighters in his spot, ( in te left ) and all the npc's name are in korean/chinese/japanese. And finally, i can't warp to anywhere using /move lorencia or /gmove lorencia or /move (number), in everywhere. Davias, stadium, dungeon, all of there.

Please help me. '-'

haha ,
what fiels are u using and from where what thread.
u must edit ur movereq.bmd and movereq.txt on server files and client to fix ur move list.
go to commonserver.cfg and change the language
ex

Language             	= 0 ; 0:Korea, 1:English,   2:Japan, 3:China, 4:Taiwan

ps: musf.no-ip.org "the "-" String could be problem on ur mapserverinfo.cfg try making musf.sytes.net or servegame.com ?

just type your name in the GMSystem w/ All 1 to use the GM commands. then if you want to see the bull fighter check its map and monster number/code also the coordinates of it.

if i change the language on commonserver, at the startup this messade show up: skill file not found. I'll have to leave it in Chinese? Chineses MF's.

You are talking about the "link" (the link on startup.ini)? If is it, not, i put 10.1.1.3 (my lan ip).

hello guys, i have a good and a bad news.

Good: the server is running and online.

Bad: other people with is not part of my lan network can't connect to my server, only me on my computer. The problem is in connectserver ( i think ). I click in the subserver on my friend's house and get dc'ed and here it's normal.]

if i put 127.0.0.1 in csconfig.cfg in ConnectServer folder, will work?

Answer: no, i got dc'ed instantly when i click in subserver. (no lag)

summarizing:

i can connect in local network (my computer)

but not in other computers ( in the world )

use WANIP man cmyip.com thats the ip u need so ur players connect to ur server.

dont use DNS with " - " symbols

make sure you allow in your firewall
* connectserver
* gameserver
* gameservercs

if you got router allow ports
* 44405
* 55901
* 55919

i f you got router . edit host

go to C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc

then open HOST with notepad

put SERVER LAN IP then your NO-IP

example:

server lan IP : 192.168.0.101
NO- IP : evo.sytes.net

Hello, thank you very much guys,

but i discovered the problem, is the wan ip.

In csconfig, to other people can connect, i have to put the global ip in NUMBERS, not in letters (musf.servegame.com). if i pu 10.1.1.3, it work, but only in my house.

Have another solution for my problem?
