Usually its your job to balance the characters of your server.

1. cuz you need some players to test (or a friend who will join and test with u)
2. you know better what kind of style balancing you want (ex: RF not strong and BK stronger) etc.

So u can post your config file here and write a description what exactly you want to balance.. cuz by default its not that bad u just need to make prolly RF abit weak and Summoner alittle weaker and thats it, dk/dw/elf/mg/dl are defaultly balanced but if u think they arent then we can suggest you what to edit.
