Your pc do not have any flamework
so your system's running under Windows Installer 3.1



Download version 2.0 later You can try find other version 3.5 to install it.

if cannot use Search.

i install only 2 frame 2.0 and 3.5 .


You try to reinstall framework
make sure you do restore point before doing his.

1. go to Control Panel add/remove uninstall all framework.
2. then go to C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET Delete folder. (if do not have folder just do next step)

3. Restart pc
4. install 1st framework 2.0 later 3.5 done.
5 .Restart pc.
