Does Webzen allow people to open private Mu server? I'm living in the U.S. and really afraid about this matter. Will I get into trouble if I open a private Mu server?

Webzen doesn't care, they even tried to compete by doing their own rendition of a private server themselves, and failed miserably btw.
There's just too much servers out there for them to do something.
