Did you try running as administrator?
or running in compatibility mode?

Yes Im already run this as administrator. But same problem

Does other clients start fine? Take off compatibility.

Did you try other options than Windows XP (Service Pack 3) ?

Does other clients start fine? It may just be the client your trying to start.

Then its your pc update netframework 4.5 and direct x etc... If not restore your pc back to factory default and try again.
