Windows7 x64 for my server

After long research here @forum i have come to the conclusion,that
the best performance you could get for your server would be
Windows server 2003 /2008 OS and MSQL2005 combination,but the thing is my dedicated PC is new and powerful and all of my computer drivers are for Windows7 x32 or x64 only,so my plan to install windows2003/2008 came to an end ;(

Did any of you have tried to run season1 on win7 x64?If yes,what sql have u used?

Or if you have running server without any problems on win7 x64,but it isn't season1 can you please tell me what server files release do you use?

all files working on windows 7 64bit i guess
its just all about ODBC.reg ...

use sql 200 its best trust me and also easier to config it etc.

the odbc prob is it doesnt connects to odbc so u have to find 64bit odbc.reg which works or setup manually the odbc db's on [Search on start "Data Sources" > and edit the mu db's from there manually.
