i used SQL 2000 and when i upgrade to SQL 2005 but now the all muwebs i try to install is wrote me this and i make the same username and password like when i use in SQL 2000

in the confing file i dont have line that i can change it..

Man you need to open SQL Server Service Manager to xampp or app server connect your Mu Online Database.
