w/o router means all ports are open. all you have to do is to block unnecessary ports. its the same proceess except for port forwarding cuz u dont have to forward anything xd.

any type of firewall will do they have option to do that for you ;) or just basically block the ports by using windows firewall. what is your operating system btw?
