WSASend() failed with error 10013

I know this error is very common, when you open the joinserver. Problem is, i don't get it when i open my server, i get it after a few hours suddenly. What could be the issue?

I'm using Windows Vista SP2
SCFMT 7.11.56 cracked files
avg 8.5 internet security

hmm happening to me aswell specially when i try to go to other maps
so it may related to gs_cs settings (gs_cs run but cant connect)

fixed it, just changed to COMODO firewall and it works now :)
