xampp - apache port error, how to fix ?

Hi all, I have problem since i have install this xampp program. The apache module does not work it showing something like my port ( 80 and one 4xx i can not remember which) is "busy" that it was used by another application.
How can I fix this ?

Edit: I can not start apache, all other works perfectly. I am using router (if this can help), and i read something about this problem, someone said that maby social network applications using this port (MSN, skype, etc.)

maybe your port 80 is used by other program or u must unlock from your router if u have router

1.Open port
2.disable firewalls and antivirus
3. As u said close skype etc.

ohh thanks to all I resolved it somehow with sc stop, sc delete and sc start option in run

you might have the problem cause

SKYPE also uses port 80 ,,,,
