Try using something other than IIS perhaps. It may be too advanced for normal people.
Suggestions: UltiDev Web Server Pro or Abyss Web Server X1
i think ur not config it correctly.. find config.xml at gunny and edit all (IP) to your IP or 127.0.0.1 ..
