How To Make DDtank Online?

i already know how to config the server , database & wwwroot.. but the only problem is how can i make it online ? i want everyone play it..

yeah i know that.. after i replace all the ip with my wan ip.. i cant connect it..
eg : [my wan ip]/ddt/index.aspx
how about setting in IIS?
