Other players are invisible

I have a VPS with Windows Server 2012 R2. And I see that the firewall is off. And UDP is enabled. Is this correct?

Turning off the firewall is the worst idea ever, turn it back on immediately! You can add rules to the firewall so you can let the traffic of your server go trough. As I said don't host a server if you don't know anything about it. Disabling your firewall is like giving thieves the keys of your house to break into it.
