Big npc problem, big, big...

The "big" problem is that i the server cant find my script npc <.< It says "Cant locate npc". So does someone know what to do?

I tried to do another ID.
I tried 5 times to do the way at where it is ( The script where it is...)
I tried many times with the commands in the server
I need help!
