Cannot FROST

i have my own server.and the problem is when i use stormgust on a player in pvp,it doesnt frost as what it should be..can any one here tell me how to fix this problem?

p/s other skill that should make ppl frost also doesnt effected

no its not because the suit..but realy cannot frost ppl..

There is 2 possibilities.

First, the person might be wearing the GM equips that is Ahura Mazdah and Angra Manyu.

Second, the problem might lies with your server files. Change it to other revision.
