OK i did eveything correctly my static ip address and eveything else when i start the run-sql it syas in the character-sql error cann't connect to login server btw i dont have rag and sak installed and i also using nacicat and hosting a maplestory server.

Have you change password at char and map?

and also edit table at navicat/phpmyadmin at login table and edit userid and user_pass rows to ragnarok.userid: ragnarok
