Deleting a folder in Neoncube Patcher

OK, I'm using Neoncube as my patcher and I have a question.

Is it possible to delete an entire folder when you patch? I've managed to delete a single file inside the data folder but what if I want to delete the entire data folder. What should I put in my patchlist.txt?

I've tried doing:

1022 FLD data*

...but it won't work. It turns out there's an error. It says it can't delete because it's a folder. So I'm wondering can you actually do it and delete an entire folder?
