If you don't need use new class (gunslinger, ninja ...or whatever new release) other client is OK. If you use old client with new server (or old server with new client), maybe you will have some strange things when playing. So old comes with old and new comes with new

No, this is a specific version (0127) which is able to connect to the private servers available here. You can not connect to a private server with the official clients.

Atually i have many times connected to servers with the official servers heres one nikout

I downloaded the original client aswell and well it stops updating and saying it's not a *.grf or another file. It's annoying as hell. I download now the 117 client from RO and SaK. I hope I can now connect to my server.

The server NEEDS the client to work, kinda new way of server-making, but I think that way the server is less CPU Eating. Furthermore I hope that those 117 can help me let my server finally to work. My friends getting impatience :P

Yes the client needs to be korean, but when u done patching u can use the translation pack to english. Don't do it before, u can have troubles updating. I had.
