Driving me insane ><-Its so simple?

Basically I started this server making deal, this morning. I've worked all day and easily made the 3 DOS prompt servers work, Map, Char, Login. They work flawlessly so far. I used the guide above (the one thats stickied) But somehow I cant Login. It wont create accounts (enless I use the Create account exe.)

It always says Failed to Connect-

Possible solutions I tried:
~Using my local IP on the Map/Char conf
198.162 etc
~Using my internet Ip
~Using the 127.0.0.1 Ip

All of which had no different results.

So I dont think its in my Server- So I went to the client

The clients ip always matched the one above ^

I dont understand whats going on because by all means it should connect..

My computer-is a laptop on a Router. I dont know if the ports are open or not because I cant login to my Router- Its a linksys
I've tried, Admin/Admin, Admin/Password/ Admin/1234 and both name/password blank. It wont let me login and im not sure if I want to restart it.

Theres my situation any sort of help or- If i need to get SS let me know =.=

If you did, then just download RagnarokCP 4.3a and upload it to a webserver. People can register from there.

For the creating an account thing, you have to change stuff in the char_athena.conf file to accept new accounts. And if you used the server file links in the guide, then they're probably old as hell and don't work with a newer client.

Did you edit sclientinfo.xml in your client ? It must have the same IP with IP using in .conf files.
The old server Yetsuki say still work quite well with my quite new client ^^
